Job summary

The Relais Henley is seeking a talented full Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, working alongside the Head Chef to develop exciting new food offerings.

You will bring passion for fresh seasonal ingredients, creativity, and the ability to lead in fast-paced service, with duties including preparing dishes from scratch, upholding standards, and covering the Head Chef when needed. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Willingness to cover Head Chef on holidays.

Responsibilities
