Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef with daily kitchen management according to Head Chef guidance.
• Produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients for all menus.
• Manage a kitchen section and cook across multiple stations.
• Eliminate wasteful or unprofitable practices and optimise costs.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times.
• Assist with food orders and storage of supplies.
