Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and service during every shift.
• Assist with food preparation and maintain high standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
• Take responsibility for your section and ensure it is organised, clean and ready for service.
• Help to train and support junior chefs, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Contribute new ideas and embrace opportunities to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Support stock control, food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
• Step up when needed and play an active role in the success of the kitchen team.
