Job summary

Butcombe Group is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our bustling kitchen teams across stunning UK locations. You’ll support the Sous and Head Chef, help with prep, and ensure quality, consistency and presentation on every service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and service during every shift.
• Assisting with food preparation and maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
• Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring it is organised, clean and ready for service.
• Helping to train and support junior chefs, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Contributing new ideas and embracing opportunities to learn and develop your culinary skills.
• Supporting stock control, food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
• Stepping up when needed and playing an active role in the success of the kitchen team.
