Junior Sous Chef (Full Time)

The Role

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for our guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

About You

• You are passionate about supporting your team and helping others reach their potential while maintaining high standards.
• You are ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and love working with and coaching your team on the go.
• You have an understanding of food safety, health, and safety standards, as well as financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• You enjoy celebrating success and recognizing what motivates individuals.
