Job summary

Artemis Venue Services Ltd at Mythe Barn in Warwickshire is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our luxury wedding venue kitchen.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver modern British menus for weddings and events (100+ covers), while helping with ordering, stock, rota planning and HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in quality food-led kitchens.
• Experience with 100+ cover service.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and modern British cuisine.
• Calm, organised and professional under pressure.
• Team-focused with strong communication skills.
• Own transport and right to work in the UK.

• Maintaining high food and hygiene standards (HACCP compliant)

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

We use Checkit food management systems (full training provided).
