Job description

You'll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts, ensuring daily prep and that each dish is made to specification.

What you'll bring:

  • Likely an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step in your career.
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices.
