Qualifications

  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef.
  • Strong chef/kitchen skills with fresh ingredients.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily prep.
  • Ensure each dish meets quality standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to advance your career
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Self-motivated to work at pace with limited supervision
