Job summary

wagamama ltd is seeking a junior sous chef to support leading shifts and the kitchen team. You will help ensure every bowl is something to be proud of and contribute to a vibrant, high-performing kitchen environment.

You will work with management to plan shifts, monitor food quality, and coach team members while upholding health and safety standards and driving cost awareness in a busy restaurant setting.
