Job summary

wagamama is hiring a Junior Sous Chef in a full-time role. You will support leading shifts and the kitchen team while ensuring every dish is prepared to order and meets high standards.

Key duties include managing the line, planning shifts for proper coverage, coaching the team on the go, and understanding food safety and kitchen profitability. A growth-focused, team-driven culture awaits.

Qualifications
