wagamama is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join our Gateshead kitchen on a full-time basis. You will support leading shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring every dish is prepared to our standards and to order.

You’ll work with management to sustain a vibrant, high-performing kitchen and help your team grow through coaching and a kaizen mindset. You’ll be focused on maintaining food quality, safety standards, and cost awareness while supporting your colleagues and celebrating successes together.
