Job summary

wagamama ltd is hiring a junior sous chef to support leading shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring each dish is made to order and presented with pride.

You will work closely with management to maintain high food quality, safety standards and strong kitchen performance, while nurturing team growth and collaboration. This role is full-time and based in Harrogate, with biweekly pay and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen shift and coaching team.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen controls.
• Ability to monitor gross profit, stock and labour costs.

Responsibilities
