Job summary

wagamama ltd is seeking a junior sous chef to join our fast-paced kitchen in London. You will help lead shifts, mentor the team and deliver consistently high-quality dishes made to order while upholding our standards of cleanliness and safety.

You'll work closely with management to optimise operations, develop skills across the team and drive a Kaizen mindset to improve every shift. A supportive culture and biweekly pay await you.

• Managing the line, planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover, and coaching on the go.
• Understanding your kitchen’s food, health and safety standards, with comprehension of the financial performance of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control and labour cost.
