Job summary

Oswald's in London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will uphold high standards of food preparation and presentation, while using seasonal ingredients to create culinary excellence.

You will work within a collaborative, focused team in a busy dining venue on a 4-day workweek, with 7 shifts, and venues closed on bank holidays and Christmas.

We are currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Oswald’s restaurant.

Working Hours

• 4 day working week between Monday-Saturday.
• 7 shifts a week.
• Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
