RB Holdings, the hospitality group behind 5 Hertford Street, is seeking a Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team in London. You will lead with high standards and work with seasonal ingredients to deliver culinary excellence.

This role offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 plus discretionary service charge, a 4/5 day week, and a supportive team.

Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswalds, Nicos and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maximes, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.

We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours:

• 4/5 day working week between Monday - Saturday.
• 48 hours a week on a rota basis.
• Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off - our venues are closed.
