Qualifications

  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef looking to advance.
  • Strong knowledge of allergen management and Food Safety.

Responsibilities

  • Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering shifts.
  • Ensure food prep is done and dishes meet specifications.

About the Role

You will be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring the prep is done for each day and making each dish to specification.

What You'll Bring
  • You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices).
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices.
