Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Requirements:
  • Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
  • Ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach team members
  • Understanding of food, health, and safety standards, as well as kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • Enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
