As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team and helping others reach their potential while maintaining high standards
  • Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members on the go
  • Understanding food, health, and safety standards, as well as financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
