This beautiful gastro pub is focused on elegant simplicity, seasonal produce, and warm, memorable guest experiences. It’s the kind of place that feels instantly special – whether you’re stopping in for a long lunch or a slow evening by the fire.
We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join a tight-knit kitchen brigade. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and lead by example on busy services. You'll support the Head and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, from prep to service, while helping to train and motivate junior chefs.
