The Blue Stoops is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a busy, fresh-food kitchen and ensure top-quality dishes for guests daily. You will drive station leadership and help uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of chef experience in a similar fresh food, high-volume setting.
• Passion for creating great food and leading by example.

• Lead your station and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ensure the highest quality food and maintain a 5-star hygiene rating.
• Help with stock control, ordering, and deliveries.
