Job summary

Chilled Pubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a busy station in our fresh-food kitchen. You’ll craft high-quality dishes and help maintain a 5-star standard for every guest.

Work closely with senior chefs, mentor teammates, and assist with stock, ordering and deliveries. We offer strong progression, paid holidays, and a supportive, buzzing pub group environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of chef experience in a high-volume fresh-food setting.
• Passion for creating great food and leading by example.
• Energetic, positive, and able to thrive in a busy kitchen.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
