Job summary

Cosy Club Birmingham is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team. You will cook from fresh for a high-volume operation and help lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away. Strong organisation and the ability to communicate up and down the ladder are essential for this role.

Experience in both branded and independent settings is valued. We offer fair rotas, meals on every shift, and additional incentives to reward development and loyalty within a lively hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes.
• Ability to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in absence of Head Chef.
• Strong communication with FOH & BOH teams.

You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence.You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
