Job summary

Cosy Club Leicester is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will cook and prepare dishes from fresh ingredients in a high-volume environment and help lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.

Strong leadership, organization, and team communication are essential to maintain quality and consistency across services. We offer a competitive hourly rate with tips, plus perks like meals on shift, paid breaks, and staff events.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes.
• Must be very organised and able to motivate a kitchen brigade in Head Chef's absence.
• Ability to communicate with all team members up and down the ladder and maintain strong FOH/BOH relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence.
• Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams to maintain smooth service.
