The Botanist Albert Dock, part of The New World Trading Company, is hiring a Chef to lead and contribute to a vibrant kitchen at Albert Dock. You will create dishes that align with our menus, ensuring quality, consistency and care in every plate while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Restaurant kitchen experience required.
• Experience in a professional kitchen is desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen procedures.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook dishes to company specifications.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking dishes to company specifications
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Supporting smooth kitchen operations throughout service
• Following food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are passionate about food and hospitality, take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.

Previous experience as a Chef, Line Chef, Commis Chef or within a professional kitchen is desirable.
