Job summary

The Botanist Cardiff is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the kitchen leadership team and uphold high standards in a busy Cardiff venue. You’ll contribute to delivering exceptional food experiences for every guest and help foster a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.

With a focus on teamwork, consistency and development, you’ll work closely with colleagues to drive quality, safety and service excellence across The New World Trading Company portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef is desirable.
• Passion for food and quality.
• Able to support and motivate junior kitchen team members.
