Job summary

The Botanist Birmingham is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team in Birmingham. You will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and help deliver exceptional food with consistency and care.

We value teamwork, development of your staff, and a positive kitchen culture. Previous Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience is desirable and the role includes valuable development opportunities within The New World Trading Company group.

We're looking for Sous Chefs who are passionate about great food, strong teamwork and creating memorable dining experiences.

At The Botanist Birmingham, you'll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food while maintaining a positive and high-performing kitchen culture.

You'll lead by example, support the development of your team and help ensure every service is delivered with consistency, quality and care.
