A public sector organization is seeking a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join their Digital Services Division. The role involves providing customer support, managing incidents, and assisting with systems development and maintenance. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and a commitment to quality service.
We are currently looking for a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers and will perform tasks such as taking calls from customers and trying to resolve their queries.
The main duties of the post;
Ideally you will have;
Must possess at least 4 GCSE’s, at grade A to C, one of which must be English Language or Welsh, plus mathematics, or possess equivalent occupational experience.
