Job summary

DXC Technology in Cheltenham is seeking a Scrum Master Manager to lead agile teams onsite five days a week. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and ensure high-quality delivery.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to maximize value. A recognised Scrum Master certification and experience in software development are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience running daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals.
• Ability to remove impediments and guide teams to progress.
• Coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Build a trusting, safe environment for problem-solving and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Run daily, weekly, and monthly agile rituals efficiently.
• Remove impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress or guide the team to remove them by finding the right personnel/process.
• Guide the team, Product Owner and organisation on how to use Agile methodology/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
