Job summary

RTX is recruiting Scrum Masters to support its Cyber business in the UK. You will work with delivery teams to facilitate events, coach Agile practices, and help the organisation achieve value-driven delivery across projects.

The role offers formal training and opportunities to grow within a mature Agile environment. You will engage with stakeholders, support the Product Owner, and champion continuous improvement while complying with security and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Facilitation and coaching teams through complex challenges.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
• Knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
• Ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and team health checks.
• Promote and embed Agile principles across teams.
• Coach teams to deliver value and break work into increments.
• Identify and remove impediments to flow.
• Support backlog prioritisation with the Product Owner.
