Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Cheltenham, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to support Lean‑Agile practices across multiple teams. The role requires UK citizenship, highest level security clearance, and 25% travel.

Salary range £50,000 – £70,000 with hybrid working options and relocation not provided. You will facilitate PI planning, remove impediments, coach teams, develop capabilities and support roadmap delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Practical experience applying servant‑leadership within Agile delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, practices and Scrum.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and organisational skills.
• Advanced Scrum Master certification (PSM II/III or SASM) or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team‑of‑teams events such as Program Increment Planning, and support roadmap development to achieve shared objectives
• Identify, surface and help remove impediments to team progress and delivery

• Improve team and individual performance through coaching, mentoring and facilitation
• Provide Agile coaching, advisory support and assurance across multiple teams where required
