Job summary

Together in Cheadle, on-site, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our Microsoft 365 delivery team. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach the team to improve delivery velocity and quality.

You will work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and predictable outcomes, helping the organisation maximise value from our Microsoft 365 capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to coach teams and individuals at varying levels of Agile maturity.
Experience with digital delivery tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro).
Experience of working in a project environment with planning, risk, issue and dependency management processes.
Experience working in scaled environments (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
Experience using metrics to drive predictability and flow improvements.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to enable flow.
Coach and develop the team to adopt Agile ways of working.
Drive continuous improvement and delivery standards beyond ceremony facilitation.
Support transitions from project delivery to continuous delivery and ongoing support.
