About the Role

We’re looking for someone who’s ambitious, confident, and hungry to grow. In this role, you’ll speak directly with property investors, landlords, and developers, helping to drive warm sales for our residential and commercial listings.

You’ll be working closely with senior agents and leadership, learning the ropes of property investment, client relationship management, and deal negotiation — all with a clear path for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with property investors, landlords, and developers to generate warm sales opportunities
• Use LinkedIn and our internal CRM/database to proactively identify and engage prospects
• Creatively develop new sales approaches and outreach strategies
• Confidently handle investor questions and objections, understanding the mindset of commercial buyers
• Support property listings, viewings, follow-ups, and negotiation processes
• Contribute to the growth of a new, ambitious sales team within a rapidly expanding agency
