GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is recruiting for a Junior Sales Negotiator at an award-winning independent estate agency in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The role offers a £24,000 basic salary with £30,000 OTE and excellent progression opportunities.

You will register buyers, match applicants to properties, conduct viewings, and proactively pursue new instructions while building strong client relationships and developing knowledge of the local market.

Qualifications

• Previous estate agency experience.
• Knowledge of the local property market.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

The Role

Working Hours

• Monday-Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
• Alternative Saturdays: 9.00am - 4.00pm
• Day off in lieu following Saturday working
