Job summary

Recruitment Solutions in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a motivated sales/letting consultant to join a respected estate agency. You will be part of a friendly, career-focused team offering clear progression and a competitive salary.

In this role you will build relationships with clients, negotiate deals, market properties on Rightmove, and support buyers and sellers through one of life’s biggest milestones. A full driving licence could be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in property or sales is advantageous.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the local Tunbridge Wells area is beneficial.
