Job summary

GCB Recruitment is looking to place a Junior Sales Negotiator for an independent estate agency in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The role offers £24,000 basic with £30,000 OTE and real opportunities for progression.

You will register buyers, match applicants to properties, conduct viewings and build strong client relationships in a supportive, mentoring environment. A full UK driving licence is required.

The Role

As a Junior Sales Negotiator, you will:

Working Hours

• Monday-Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
• Alternative Saturdays: 9.00am - 4.00pm
• Day off in lieu following Saturday working
