Job summary

Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd are assisting an independent estate agency in Laindon (SS15) to recruit a Sales Negotiator. You will work with buyers and sellers across the sales cycle, from viewings to negotiations and moving deals through to completion.

Property sales experience is preferred but not essential; energy, determination and a team attitude matter most. Training is provided, with a Monday–Friday core week, Saturday mornings, and an OTE expected around £32k–£34k on top of a £20k–£25k

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate canvassing to generate new business.
• Book market appraisals.
• Market properties to buyers.
• Carry out viewings.
• Match tenants and buyers to properties and arrange/viewings accordingly.
• Maintain regular contact with buyers, vendors and others to move to completion.
• Handle financial/legal matters relating to the sales process.
• Guide buyers and vendors from agreement to legal completion.
• Support the branch daily operations.
• Excellent administration using agency software.
• Training provided to the right candidates.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our multi office Independent client based in Laindon SS15.

Property Sales experience is prefered, but determination, energy and an outgoing personality are the main skillset required for this well established independent Estate agency.

As a Sales Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with buyers and sellers across the range different properties and be involved in the whole Property Sales process, from generating/carrying out viewings to Negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion. Full training will also be provided to none experienced candidates with the right attitude and focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
• Booking market appraisals
• Effectively marketing properties to Buyers
• Carrying out viewings
• Matching prospective Tenants and buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact buyers, vendors clients other relevant parties to legal move in and completion
• Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
• Guiding buyers, vendors through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion
• Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
• excellent administration ability and use of agency software systems
• Training provied to the right candidates

Hours

Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm.

Saturdays 9.00am till 4.00pm with a day off in the week.

Salary

Salary range will be: 20 - 25K pa Basic salary, OTE of around 32,000 - 34.000pa including car allowance.
