Critical Power Supplies is a leading provider of backup power solutions for businesses and organisations across the UK. We supply, install, and maintain uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generators, and battery systems for critical environments.

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to help us engage leads, qualify opportunities, and improve conversion across our pipeline.

Role Overview

This dynamic entry-level sales role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You’ll play a key role infollowing up on inbound leads,qualifying prospectsandhelping guide customers through the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

•Rapidly respond to new inbound leads (calls, web forms, email) within target response times.

•Conduct initial qualification calls to understand customer needs, timelines, and budgets.

•Maintain accurate records of all activity in Zoho CRM.

•Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and product suggestions.

•Nurture warm leads via email and phone follow-up.

•Route qualified opportunities to senior account managers or technical engineers.

•Help improve customer experience by gathering feedback during follow-ups.

•Support sales reporting by consistently updating CRM notes, tasks, and statuses.

Tools You’ll Use

Zoho CRM– for lead tracking and opportunity management

Zoho Campaigns– for follow-up emails and nurturing

Zoho Workplace– including Writer (word processing), Sheet (spreadsheets), Mail (email), and WorkDrive (cloud storage) for documentation and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

•Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills.

•Confidence in speaking with B2B customers from diverse industries.

•Ability to understand technical products and translate value (training provided).

•Highly organised with great attention to detail.

•Self-motivated and proactive — you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do next.

•Previous customer service, sales, or telesales experience is a bonus, not essential.
