ORONA's activities are focused on the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernization of lifts, escalators, moving ramps, and walkways. Operating in 100 countries, we have 300,000 lifts worldwide using our technology. With 2 manufacturing plants, Orona is Number 1 in Europe in terms of complete lift production capacity.

An opportunity to join Orona’s established and successful London sales team as a Junior Sales Executive.

This role is ideally suited to someone with sales or tele-sales experience in the Construction or Engineering sectors (preferable but not essential) who is looking to further develop and establish a clear path to a successful sales career. Product, technical, and commercial training will be provided to the successful candidate, who should have demonstrable experience from previous roles where they have built customer relationships.

You will be a confident and articulate communicator with a positive attitude, who is ambitious and willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with new and existing customers to understand their requirements, establishing and further promoting Orona solutions.
  • Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within targeted markets through cold calling, prospecting, and existing account development.
  • Understanding client and specification requirements to provide appropriate quotations and solutions.
  • Managing a profile of prospects, regularly engaging with customers to develop opportunities throughout the process to secure orders.
  • Building internal relationships with Design, Installation, and Commercial departments to ensure clear and appropriate agreements.
  • Continuous market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Developing awareness of competitors' solutions.
