Gradbay Limited in London is seeking a proactive Junior Sales Analyst to support the Sales and Commercial teams with reporting, analysis and coordination, enabling senior stakeholders to focus on growth.

You will handle KPI reporting, quarterly insights, lead distribution, onboarding support and process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that rewards initiative and thorough data work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce daily and weekly KPI reports for the Sales team.
• Analyse sales metrics by territory and team for insights.
• Support sales coordination and project execution.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to senior team.
• Manage and distribute marketing and inbound leads.
• Assist onboarding and training for new joiners.
• Help refine and document business processes for efficiency.
