An established industry player is seeking a dedicated QA Analyst to join their innovative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. We are looking for a dedicated and efficient QA Analyst to join a team of multi-skilled digital professionals.
Note: Due to the nature of the role, only applicants currently in the UK who can commute long-term 3 days a week to our Avonmouth Office will be considered. The role will be hybrid after a training period, with 2 days working from home.
Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of testing experience within an Agile, SCRUM, or DevOps environment, with a strong understanding of TDD, BDD, or XP methodologies. They should have a determined approach to identifying defects, delivering quality products, and ensuring an excellent user experience. The candidate will be highly competent in their current QA career with aspirations to improve existing processes by deploying best practices.
The QA Analyst will report to our Web Technical Services Manager and collaborate with the broader development team, including external Systems Integrators. They will be responsible for manual testing, maintaining high standards for all deliveries, creating and executing test documentation, conducting exploratory testing, and staying updated with market trends to enhance team knowledge.
