The Workday Team at Innovate UK supports HR and Finance functions. The role involves understanding and analyzing user and business needs, defining requirements, supporting projects, configuring and deploying solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday HCM and Finance modules, and be proactive in process improvement and system development.

Demonstrate core competencies such as problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, self-management, strategic awareness, teamwork, and project management. Some competencies will be assessed at interview.
Travel may be required occasionally within the UK.
