We’re working with an exciting and growing organisation that is looking for a junior Property Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of a varied portfolio of property development and refurbishment projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, commercially minded and involved from initial planning through to final handover. You’ll play a key role in the support of delivering high‑quality projects across a growing network of locations, working closely with the senior property team franchise partners, landlords, contractors, designers and internal stakeholders.
As Property Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from, connecting acquisitions and leasing to franchisees, concept and planning through to construction, fit‑out and completion.
You’ll oversee multiple projects across different locations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality, safety and brand standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
We’re looking for a Property professional who is comfortable taking ownership and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You’ll ideally have experience within construction, retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness or another multi‑site environment, with a strong understanding of design, construction and fit‑out.
You’ll be someone who is:
Experience working within a franchise or multi‑site environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
