Job summary

Love Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Property Project Manager to own a varied portfolio of development and refurbishment projects across multiple locations. You will work closely with franchise partners, landlords, contractors and internal teams, driving projects from concept through to handover.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, retail, hospitality, leisure or multi-site environments.
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property development, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, programmes and timelines.
• Coordinate contractors, designers, engineers, suppliers and external partners.
• Oversee tender processes, contractor appointments and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks and delays.
• Monitor project expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, building and statutory requirements.
• Lead inspections, snagging, defects and final handovers.
• Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support franchise partners throughout the development process.
• Ensure alignment with design and brand standards.
