Working for one of the UK's leading leisure operators, we are seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of CAPEX and maintenance projects across the North West region.

This is a varied and hands-on role, overseeing projects ranging from venue refreshes and refurbishments through to major extensions, redevelopments, and new-build construction schemes. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, and to the highest standards.
