Love Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a hands-on Property Project Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio of development and refurbishment projects across multiple locations. You will work closely with franchise partners, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders to drive projects from concept through to completion.

This junior role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget and to high standards of quality, safety and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on property professional with experience in multi-site environments.
• Strong planning and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication with partners, landlords and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Managing end‑to‑end property development, refurbishment and fit‑out projects
• Creating and managing project plans, budgets, programmes and timelines
• Coordinating contractors, designers, engineers, suppliers and other external partners
• Managing tender processes, contractor appointments and commercial negotiations
• Carrying out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance
• Identifying and resolving project issues, risks and programme delays
• Monitoring project expenditure and identifying opportunities to control costs
• Ensuring all works comply with relevant health & safety, building and statutory requirements
• Managing inspections, snagging, defects and final handovers
• Providing clear project reporting, dashboards and updates to senior stakeholders
• Supporting franchise partners throughout the property development process
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed design and brand standards
