Job summary

Flagship Consulting in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for a number of high-profile property projects from pre-contract through final account, including residential, commercial fit-out (Cat A) and large mixed-use schemes.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, drive project delivery and represent the company at networking events while developing new business with blue-chip clients, with opportunities to progress to Associate level.

Qualifications

• Degree required; ideally Chartered.
• Senior level experience as Project Manager in a Consultancy.
• Experience on property projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for multiple projects from pre-contract to final account.
• Take ownership of client relationships and manage the project through to completion.

THE POSITION

Thepositionis for aProject Managerat senior level to get involved in taking full responsibility ofa number ofprojects from pre contract to final account. The successfulProject Managerwill be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and manage the project through to completion. At seniorlevelthe successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to get involved in business and client development and represent the company at various networking events and meetings.

THE CANDIDATE

• Have a relevantdegree andideally be Chartered
• Have experience working as aProject Managerat Senior level on the Consultancy side
• Have experience working on projects within Property
• Havegood communicationand client facing skills
