Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with NQ-2 PQE in private client.
• Experience or strong interest in wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an appropriate caseload of private client matters with supervision and support.
• Advise clients on wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and attendance notes accurately and effectively.
• Build strong client relationships and provide a professional, empathetic and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate files and records in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department and wider firm.
• Support marketing and business development activities where appropriate.
• Develop external relationships and identify opportunities for new work.
