Overview:

Gopuff is seeking a Junior Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, this role is vital in maintaining high operational standards at our MFCs to ensure timely and accurate delivery for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading: Manage and motivate the warehouse team during your shift, train new staff, and ensure adherence to processes and product handling.
• Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare items for dispatch.
• Delivery Partners: Support management of delivery partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Issue Resolution: Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Goods Inbound: Receive and verify products from vendors, resolving any discrepancies.
• Stock Management: Organize inventory, conduct cycle counts, and manage waste and compliance initiatives like TooGoodToGo.
• Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Health and Safety: Support onsite health and safety compliance and testing.

About You:

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude.
• Flexibility to cover shifts between 7 am and 3 am.
