Lords Group Trading is seeking an IT support professional to provide hands-on assistance across our locations. You will resolve desktop, network and server issues, install equipment, and support IT projects, while traveling between sites as required.

The role requires a practical, communicative problem-solver with a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel to various Lords Group locations. If you enjoy varied, people-focused IT work, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or similar role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence required.
• Confident in troubleshooting rather than escalating issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve helpdesk queries.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and applications.
• Support Windows desktops, laptops and servers.
• Maintain IT networks, security and infrastructure.
• Install and configure software and equipment.
• Set up printers, mobile devices and VOIP systems.
• Manage joiners, leavers and changes IT access.
• Support office moves and wider IT projects.
• Travel between Lords Group locations as needed.
