Job summary

Kingfisher invites applications for a Junior IT Service Support Analyst in Southampton. You will join the Command Centre, providing round-the-clock Level 1/2 infrastructure monitoring, reporting issues on live service applications, and assisting with initial problem determination before escalation.

This role carries genuine development potential, offers a 12-hour shift pattern (24x7x365) and the possibility to visit other sites. A driving licence is preferable.

Qualifications

• Excellent GCSE grades, emphasis in English & Maths.
• An IT related qualification would be advantageous.
• Good general IT knowledge and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts (24x7) delivering IT service support.
• Monitor IT production services across Kingfisher banners.
• Collaborate with team members to build knowledge and readiness for promotion.
• Assist in resolving incidents and coordinating with technical support.
